How to setup an android emulator on windows for IDE's like Visual studio code.
Android Studio is essentially InettliJ IDEA from JetBrains, but is heavily focused on the development of Android applications. I did the usual google search but almost all results were tied to Android Studio + Genymotion which was not what I was looking for.
